Clause 1: The Service

PostOps provides tools that help you create, manage, schedule, and publish content across the social media channels you choose to connect.

Clause 2: Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

Clause 3: Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Clause 4: Connecting Your Social Media Channels

When you connect a social media channel, you authorize the Service to access and act on that channel on your behalf in order to provide the features you choose to use.

Your use of any connected channel is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. You may disconnect any channel at any time.

Clause 5: Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service, and you grant us the rights necessary to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and for your use of the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create or publish any content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates the policies of any connected channel or any applicable law.

Clause 6: Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or that infringes the rights of others.

Clause 7: Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ambitious Tale and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property. You retain all rights in your own content.

Clause 8: Availability and Changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without liability.

Clause 9: Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or actions of those third parties.

Clause 10: Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Clause 11: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Clause 12: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

Clause 13: Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where reasonably necessary. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Clause 14: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published with a revised “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Clause 15: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Clause 16: Governing Language and Contact

These Terms are issued in both Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
